Sam Marlor
Strategic Business Partner
With over a decade of experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, Sam has supported senior leaders across multiple sectors, gaining a deep understanding of what growing businesses truly need behind the scenes. Throughout her career, she noticed a consistent gap: SME owners and CEOs who have scaled their businesses reaching a point where they need operational and strategic support, but aren’t always sure what that support should look like or how to access it. That’s where Sam comes in.
Sam works closely with business owners and leadership teams to provide high‑level executive support, business operations management, process improvement and project management, helping organisations run more efficiently and sustainably. She specialises in identifying gaps, streamlining workflows, and putting strong systems in place.

When she’s not working, Sam enjoys exploring her new hometown on the South Coast, baking, Formula 1, learning to ballroom and latin dance, and soaking up the sunshine with a well‑earned drink or two.
